The ThermoHandz™ Balaclava was developed for extreme conditions. Especially when it's cold in combination with wind, cold air soon presses through every weak point and the winter excursion quickly becomes uncomfortable. Since the head is our greatest point of attack at low temperatures, it needs special protection.
The Balaclava from ThermoHandz™ only leaves the eyes free and otherwise envelops the entire head, face and neck, actively preventing heat loss. You can wear them for windy, icy walks or, ideally, wear them under a motorcycle, bicycle or ski helmet to keep frosty drafts from penetrating sensitive areas. In addition, the balaclava makes it easier to put on the helmet, absorbs sweat and keeps the inner lining clean.

I was so tired of my motorcycle helmet squishing my face together. This covered everything very well while still forming around the eyes perfectly. Makes you look great! Cant recommend enough.

I wear this cap to work on cold mornings. My commute is 10 minutes by bike and the cap does the job to keep my face and nose from freezing. It's definitely warm enough for my purpose. I'm not sure how well it will do in really cold temperatures but for me thumbs up!

I bought 3 of these for my family to wear while skiing. They fit nicely under our helmet, could be pulled up to cover the nose, and could easily be pulled down to smile for pictures. They kept us warm - can't ask for anything more than that. Good purchase, I would recommend.

For running in cold weather, this does a great job keeping the face and neck warm. The material is very stretchy, so it is comfortable to pull the nose/mouth mask portion to under the chin if needed. The material is pretty easy to breath through. It is also nice that it covers the neck and I do not have to deal with an awkward scarf. It looks pretty funkey, over the hair, so I find I need a hat or hoodie to hide that, but when your running in weather that requires this kind of protection, your probably not very concerned about your 'looks'. I used it at very low temperature and winds. Overall, I really recommend this for running in.

I love this balaclava. I bought it to use under the motorcycle helmet and it's better than I thought. It is super lightweight, super comfortable, it keeps my head super warm during cold weathers. Not sure how it would perform under extremely cold weather, but to use it underneath the helmet is perfect!
